2 - WEEK FOLLOW-UP: INJECTABLES

This 2-week follow-up appointment is designed to assess your results after Xeomin, DAXXIFY, or lip filler treatments. During your visit, we'll evaluate healing, symmetry, and overall results to determine if any minor adjustments or additional units are needed to help achieve optimal outcomes. This appointment helps ensure balanced, natural-looking results and overall client satisfaction. Additional Xeomin or DAXXIFY units during follow-up: $6 per unit.

GOOD FAITH EXAM (GFE)

A Good Faith Exam is a brief medical evaluation that helps ensure you are a safe candidate for treatment. During this assessment, your medical history, current medications, allergies, health conditions, and treatment goals are reviewed. This exam is good for 1 year. I will send out consent forms prior to the visit to be completed.

NEUROTOXINS (WRINKLE RELAXERS)

Refresh and soften the appearance of dynamic fine lines and wrinkles with DAXXIFY or Xeomin.
